Description
An above-knee compression stocking extends the pressure over part of the thigh; it is easier to put on than pantyhose while covering more of the leg than a below-knee stocking. Class CCL2 provides medium compression and is used on a doctor's recommendation. The silicone band along the top edge keeps the stocking from sliding down during the day, which matters most when you are on your feet. The elastic knit is made so that it does not trap sweat or hold odour, so it can be worn all day. Put it on in the morning while the legs are rested and take it off at night. Hand wash in lukewarm water, rinse without wringing and dry flat on a towel. Size is selected from leg circumference measurements.
