Description
Bathroom falls account for a large share of serious injuries at home, mostly because wet floors and standing balance make a poor combination. The FS-7954 shower chair reduces that risk by letting the user stay seated throughout the shower. Drainage holes in the seat stop water pooling, so the sitting surface does not turn slippery. Non-slip rubber tips hold the chair steady on wet tiles — check that these tips are intact and clean before every use. Adjustable leg height lets you set the chair to the user's knee angle and to the height of the tub or shower tray; feet flat on the floor make a noticeable difference to stability when sitting down and standing up. Positioning the chair within reach of the shower head, and of grab bars if fitted, makes the whole routine safer.
