Description
The FS-879LAJ is an aluminium-framed chair chosen for use at home and on short outings. One question makes the decision easier: will the chair mostly stay indoors, or be loaded into a car regularly? In the second case, the weight saving from an aluminium frame is felt every day. Detachable armrests and removable footrests make sideways transfers from a bed or armchair practical. The front castors are solid: no punctures and no pressure checks, in exchange for a firmer ride over rough ground. Lock the brakes at every stop. To fold the chair, swing the footrests aside first, then pull upward from the middle of the seat sling; trying to fold it by the armrests strains the mechanism.
