Description
HanFil Flow is a low-viscosity, light-cured flowable composite resin delivered straight into the cavity from its fine syringe tip. Its flow lets it spread into narrow areas and internal line angles, and that adaptation is the main reason flowables reduce voids at the cavity floor and with them the risk of microleakage. It is used as the restorative material on its own in small cavities and as a first increment, or liner, under packable composite in deeper preparations; it is also chosen for cervical defects, blocking out undercuts and repairing existing composite restorations. The material should be placed in thin increments, each cured separately with an LED curing light, since a single thick layer compromises both depth of cure and shrinkage behaviour. The nano-based filler contributes to keeping the surface gloss after polishing. Keep the syringe capped and protected from light when not in use.
