Description
The Mambo Max Balance Trainer is an air-filled dome that sits on a flat base. Because the surface never stays still under your feet, the trunk and leg muscles work continuously to keep you level, which is what makes it useful for training balance, coordination, reaction speed and motor skills. You can use it lying, kneeling, sitting or stepping onto it, and combine it with other equipment to vary a rehabilitation programme. The surface is covered in small spikes that massage the soles of the feet and whichever area is in contact, stimulating circulation. Firmness is set at the valve: less air makes the balance challenge harder, more air gives a steadier surface. Maximum load is 100 kg. The range comes in two sizes — Ø 45 cm (16 cm high) and Ø 60 cm (14 cm high) — so confirm which diameter is in stock before ordering.
