Description
At 10 cm the Mambo Max spiky ball is the largest in the range, made for situations where you want the pressure spread over a wider area. On big muscle groups such as the back, glutes and thighs you trap it between your body and a wall, or lie on it on the floor and roll; the larger diameter lets you work along a broad band without concentrating excessive pressure on one point. The soft spikes on the surface stimulate the tissue and encourage circulation in the area. The same ball can be used under the sole of the foot, though its size gives a more diffuse and less pinpointed pressure across the arch than the 6 or 8 cm versions. Avoid holding steady pressure on a painful spot for long; keep the ball moving slowly instead. For smaller, more targeted work the range also offers 6 and 8 cm balls.
