Description
The Posturex posture brace supports the alignment of the back and shoulders by drawing the shoulders backwards. Two stays in the back panel add firmness, and the long straps pass under the arms, cross behind the back and fasten at the front, resisting the tendency of the shoulders to roll forward. The breathable fabric allows all-day wear, and worn over a vest the brace does not show under clothing. It is most often chosen by people working at a desk, those standing all day, and adolescents during a growth spurt. Size is set by measuring waist circumference with a tape — the correct size matters for the brace to work. A brace alone is not the whole answer: it works best alongside postural exercise and under the guidance of a doctor or physiotherapist. To clean it, remove the stays, hand wash in lukewarm water and dry flat on a towel.
