Description
An accordion cap is a disposable head covering that keeps particles shed from the hair out of the working environment. Its pleated accordion construction adapts to different head sizes and expands to enclose all of the hair. It is made from polypropylene nonwoven fabric using ultrasonic sealing, in a process that stays touch-free throughout; sealing instead of stitching reduces thread and particle residue. The product is latex free and hypoallergenic, so it does not irritate the skin — which matters where it has to be worn all day. Because the fabric is breathable, it does not trap heat during long wear. The cap is white and supplied in packs of 100. It is single use and should not be washed and reworn. Used in food and catering production, hospitals, laboratories, clinics and beauty salons where a hygienic environment is required.
