Description
The FS-5772 is the powered-height version of the transfer chair. Raising and lowering the seat at the touch of a button is the most practical way to bring the patient level with a bed, a WC or a wheelchair; once two surfaces match, the transfer becomes a slide rather than a lift, and a single carer can manage it alone. The chair has a commode seat, so transport chair and toilet chair are combined in one product — the user is wheeled from the room to the bathroom in the same seat with no second transfer needed. The steel frame and solid wheels are meant for indoor use, and the rear wheels lock by pedal; engage them before every sit-down and stand-up. Armrests and footrests are fixed. Powered height adjustment needs a mains or battery supply, so on handover let us check together that the control works and the seat travels smoothly in both directions. If you do not need powered adjustment, the more economical FS-5771 covers the same job manually.
