Description
Accu-Chek Performa test strips are made by Roche Diagnostics and work only with the Accu-Chek Performa meter. Each test needs 0.6 microlitres of fresh whole blood and returns a result in about five seconds. The small sample requirement means a shallower lancet setting, which makes a real difference in comfort for people testing several times a day. The box holds 50 strips. Strips are meter-specific — they will not fit an Instant, Guide or other Accu-Chek model. Moisture damages the strip chemistry, so close the vial immediately after each use and store the strips dry at room temperature.
