Description
The FS-9122L is sized for children under a metre tall. Sizing matters more in pediatric walkers than in adult ones: set the handles wrong and the child walks with hunched shoulders or a forward lean, which works against the gait pattern they are still developing. The frame is surface-oxidised aluminium alloy and light enough for the child to steer under their own power. Four wheels mean the frame does not have to be lifted at each step, which lets children whose arm strength is still developing practise walking for longer. A ratchet device stops the frame rolling backwards when the child leans into it — that detail prevents the most common kind of fall in walker practice. The high-density foam grips stay easy to hold even with damp hands. The folding frame makes the walker easy to take to a physiotherapy session and to store at home. Revisit the height setting as the child grows.
